Product description 9 Alternative Camera Supports Read More vaytddexfutcfrtv The Pole Pod EX Multifunctional Monopod from Velbon is a four-section support that is used as a monopod with a fold-out base that can also convert into a two-section tabletop tripod. The monopod features flip lever leg locks that are located towards the top. Each section opens, and you can extend the pole to a maximum height of 73.6", or close it to a length of 28". In combination with the fold-out base, this 1.8 lb support enables you to shoot video or photos over large crowds while keeping your camera fully stabilized. Not only can it go high, but it can go low as well; the pan and tilt head unscrews from the pole while the pole unscrews from the fold-out base. Then, the head joins the fold-out base to create a tabletop tripod, which has a load capacity of 3.3 lb. The tripod's legs splay out to a lower position, and then, you can conveniently use it for product or macro photography. The pan and tilt head's quick release system includes the QB-32 plate with a 1/4"-20 threaded mount, and the pan handle with a slight turn allows you to tilt the head back and forth. The separate independent pan lock unlocks, so you can freely follow a subject 360°.
