Product description This Vello Accessory Kit for Canon 70D & 80D DSLR Camera from Photo bundles a spare LP-E6 lithium-ion battery pack, the Vello BG-C10 Battery Grip, a wireless remote shutter release, an ultra-thin LCD screen protector, and a lens cap holder. Extend your shooting time with your Canon 70D or 80D while benefiting from a convenient remote capture system, offering wireless shutter release capability for clear, shake-free images from hundreds of feet away. Additionally, shield your LCD monitor against dirt, scratches, smudges and more, and prevent the loss of your lens caps.
The Vello BG-C10 Battery Grip can effectively double your shooting time, holding up to 2 LP-E6 batteries or 6 AAs. It also offers alternate shutter release, AF and main dial controls for easier operation when shooting in the vertical orientation.
The wireless remote shutter release, which can also work in wired mode, offers 16 channels, a multi-exposure function, and a convenient delay function. You can also remotely control the length of long exposures. The release's 2.4GHz frequency reduces radio interference and extends the usable range to 320'. - Vello BG-C10 Battery Grip for Canon 70D & 80D DSLR Camera The BG-C10 Battery Grip for Canon 70D & 80D from Vello is a battery grip designed for use specifically with the Canon EOS 70D or 80D DSLR camera, and accepts one or two Canon LP-E6 batteries. With two batteries installed, your shooting time is effectively doubled. Moreover, when one battery is drained, it can be removed and recharged while you continue shooting with the other battery. The BG-C10 can also run off of six AA batteries, when using the included AA battery tray (rechargeable batteries recommended). It can also be used with the Canon AC Adapter Kit ACK-E6, which provides for an uninterrupted power supply.
The design of the grip offers a comfortable and secure way in which to hold your DSLR, especially in the vertical position. To facilitate shooting when held vertically, the BG-C10 comes with a vertical shutter release button, as well as AF control buttons, and a main dial. The BG-C10 is designed with an anti-slip rubber grip to further improve handling, and a tripod socket to mount your camera directly to a tripod or mounting plate. The grip also includes a drawstring pouch to protect whichever battery holder is not in use.
