Product description The CB-700 Mini Folding Bracket from Vello improves the use of speedlights, LED's, other lighting devices and microphones on compact digital cameras and camcorders. The Mini Folding Bracket raises the light above the camera to help reduce red-eye and the harsh light and shadows caused by direct flash or lighting. The flash arm rotates 90º to allow for horizontal and vertical positioned shooting, and the transition from horizontal to vertical is achieved effortlessly thanks to the smooth pivoting arm that unlocks with a click-button and snaps in place. To use the Mini Folding Bracket, simply mount your compact digital camera or camcorder onto the camera platform and secure it in place with the provided easy-grip mounting knob with 1/4"-20 screw. Slide your TTL cable (purchased separately) into place on the Flash Arm's cold shoe mount and secure it via its locking collar. Mount the other end of the TTL cable to your camera's hot shoe mount and attach the speedlight or LED to the TTL cable. Your flash is ready to go in the horizontal position, and when needed for vertical shooting, simply rotate the bracket's flash arm up and click it in place. Shooting with onboard lighting that is raised above the lens dramatically improves your flash photography by eliminating that washed-out look of direct flash and the heavy shadows that appear behind your subjects. The Mini Folding Bracket is durable and reversible to work on both sides of your camera or camcorder. It mounts on a tripod if necessary and folds on itself to be completely flat for easy storage and transportation. It is compatible with almost all compact digital cameras and camcorders. - Reversible for point and shoot cameras and camcorders.
