Product description The Outsource Plus Midspan PoE Plus Injector from Veracity enables you to deliver remote power to high-power devices by injecting IEEE 802.3at PoE Plus onto Cat 5 or comparable network cabling. It can be used with devices such as PTZ IP cameras, VoIP videoconferencing telephones, and 802.11n wireless access points. Furthermore, this unit provides overvoltage protection (OVP) and overcurrent protection (OCP) for safe and reliable use. The Outsource Plus Midspan PoE Injector automatically injects power when you route a single network connection. Offering comprehensive compatibility, it supports both IEEE 802.3at (PoE Plus) and 802.1af (regular PoE) as well as Gigabit Ethernet, 100BASE-T, and 10BASE-T connections. Additionally, it can deliver enhanced PoE Plus to the company's OUTREACH Max for maximum range extension or to the company's OUTREACH QUAD for distributing PoE between multiple devices. - Expands reach of high-power devices over long distances
