Product description Designed for the outdoor enthusiast, this Field Dressing Kit from Victorinox comes with all of the main tools you need to chop and prepare your meat no matter where you happen to be. Five stainless steel knives are complemented by a 10" sharpening steel to help keep your utensils in good shape, as well as a partitioned carrying case with a top handle and adjustable shoulder strap for simplified storage and transport. The longest piece in the set is the 10" cimeter knife, well-suited to butchering large sections of meat. This tool is complemented by an 8" breaking knife and an 8" filet knife that can be deployed for smaller and more precise cuts. A 6" boning knife is available for removing bones and shaping your meat, while the 3.25" paring knife can be used for general slicing and peeling of small vegetables and fruits. All of the utensils in this set feature an anti-slip Fibrox handle with the exception of the paring knife, which has a regular nylon grip. -
