Product description When your PIX recorder is not secured atop a camera, the Video Devices PIX-Base gives you a flexible flat-surface mounting solution. PIX monitors can be secured using the 1/4"-20 thread on top of the mounting platform. The mounting platform is adjustable for height and tilt for the best viewing angles, while an integrated bubble level ensures that the PIX-Base is mounted on an even surface. Rubber grips underneath the base prevent unwanted movement and surface scratching. An interlocking design allows multiple units to be attached in multi-recorder setups for a clean, organized look. Additionally, any cables can be secured using the integrated hook-and-loop strap. Once your production day is done and the monitor has been put away, the PIX-Base is easily collapsible to conserve storage space. Screw holes in the base can be used for more permanent installations.
