Product description Designed to be easily placed on a table, this 24Z704USB-SYS 2MP Autofocus USB Zoom Camera Module with LED Illuminator from Videology will help you more easily create ID badges with any FIPS 201, WDM, TWAIN, and DirectX/DirectShow compliant system. This unit features a 2MP 1/3" CMOS progressive scan sensor to capture video with an 800 TVL resolution as well as 1280 x 1024 resolution stills. Along with this, it has a 10x optical zoom lens with autofocus capabilities and a dimmable six LED array that will help illuminate subjects without creating unwanted shadows or hot spots. For connection to a computer it uses a USB 2.0 interface and for positioning and durability the camera is mounted on a flexible gooseneck. Made from steel, this system is designed to last. Additionally, it comes with SFT-10002 Viewer software that has WDM, DirectX, and TWAIN compliant drivers. - Camera features sensitivity of 1 lux, or 30 IRE.
- It has an always on flickerless mode as well as other features, including contour enhancement for text or images, a mirror mode, and a positive/negative mode. Special functions include freeze, H/V reverse, save and recall images.
- USB video and stills can be captured via compatible software and the camera will transmit uncompressed YUV422 video.
