Product description The Cornet from the Vienna Symphonic Library is a sample-based virtual instrument featuring the sound of the coronet. The instrument has a softer tone and a limited dynamic range when compared to a trumpet. The cornet was first built in 1828 by Louis Antiine Halary and was primarily used in military and marching bands. During the romantic period the cornet was introduced to the symphony orchestra, often replacing the trumpet. Note: The software requires a ViennaKey USB or similar protection device if one is not already on the system. - Cornet - Vienna Instruments (Standard Library, Download) The Cornet from the Vienna Symphonic Library is a sample-based virtual instrument featuring the sound of the coronet.
