Product description Available for download, Vienna Symphonic Library Smart Spheres is a virtual synth based on the orchestral samples for which Vienna is well known. Every patch in this virtual instrument is built on the raw samples of an orchestral sound and then transmuted into idiosyncratic ear-catching timbres that you'll find useful in compositions for Film, TV, and more. It can make a handy sound-design tool, allowing you to create moments of tension or explore the ambient realm.
Included with Smart Spheres is Vienna's Synchron player, a plug-in that allows you to play each patch. You can also access the raw sounds used to make these sound-design patches through the player, and tweak them to your liking.
Vienna's multi-presets are organized in clear master categories, such as pads, percussive, and basses. Sub presets can be manipulated with the mod wheel or through hot keys. Each multi-preset includes effects that add dimension to the sound. In depth, written descriptions of every mutating soundscape are provided alongside each preset to inform your selecting process.
The GUI comes with Perform, Control, Edit, and Mix pages that offer easy-to-grasp information pertaining to the patch at hand. Key switches are clearly indicated with bright colors. From the mix window, you can access and tweak effects, and add additional processors. This software is compatible with Mac and Windows computers. It operates in AU, VST, and AAX plug-in formats.
