Product description Solo Voices from the Vienna Symphonic Library takes on the task of recording the oldest and most expressive musical instrument. To achieve a homogenous timbre over the full register of the human voice, four female voices (coloratura soprano, soprano, mezzo soprano, alto) and three male voices (tenor, baritone, bass) were selected.
Multiple takes were performed to achieve perfect tone, intonation and consistency. As a result the collection allows for an accurate and authentic realization of polyphonic vocal repertoire, both as a cappella performances, or in various other instrumental combinations.
