Product description Synchron Cymbals & Gongs I Standard Library from Vienna Symphonic Library is a virtual instrument with a library that captures the sound and character of two suspended cymbals, a pair of piatti cymbals, and two Wuhan tam-tams, masterfully played in Synchron Stage Vienna. The instruments were recorded with every nuanced detail using four, phase-controlled multi-microphone setups which can be mixed to create stereo mixes, each with different levels of ambience and stereo panorama.Synchron Cymbals & Gongs I is powered by the included Vienna Instruments and Vienna Instruments Pro players, or using the company's mixing hosts Vienna Ensemble and Vienna Ensemble Pro (available separately). This 25.9GB library comprises more than 16,700 samples with a wide variety of timbres and articulations. The 16" and 18" suspended cymbals were recorded with single strokes using various mallets, brushes, and a double bass bow. The piatti, or pairs of cymbals ("cymbals a-due"), come in two different sizes (20" and 22"), and were captured with various single hits, drags, scratches, and sizzles. With respective diameter of 100 and 120cm (39" and 47"), the two tam-tams offer single strokes in various dynamic levels with soft and hard mallets, as well as tremolos, rolls, fast & slow swishes, and various scratches & bowings. Note: Software requires a ViennaKey USB protection device or other USB eLicenser, if one is not already on the system (available separately). Key Features -
