Product description The ViewCast Niagara 2100 to 2200 Streaming Mode System Software Upgrade requires an RMA from Support to return the Niagara 2100 system to the factory for re-image to a Niagara 2200 Streaming Media System that includes the Niagara SCX version 7 software. This upgrade includes 1 year of annual standard software support and maintenance.
The Niagara SCX 7 software adds features such as MPEG2 TS encoding and SNMP management. This enables users to access the system through a Web interface, SNMP management application, or a local client interface. The software supports Adobe Flash H.264, Microsoft, Windows Media (Silverlight), and MPEG-4 formats. Note: You must have a RMA Request Number to purchase this upgrade. One copy of Niagara SCX version 7 is required per encoding system. The old system must be returned via an RMA to complete the upgrade. Customer is responsible for filling out the RMA request.
