SuperColor Technology
• ViewSonic's SuperColor technology is designed to provide a wider color range, helping to ensure realistic and accurate colors in both bright and dark environments. Its six-segment color wheel uses a smaller white segment to reduce the chances of a washed-out image, and enlarged yellow and cyan segments for enhanced brightness and color saturation.

Full HD Resolution
• The PJD7828HDL features Full HD 1920 x 1080 native resolution for sharp and clear images with compatible content. It is suitable for watching all types of HD formats (1080p/1080i/720p) and content including movies, sports, video games, and TV, without distortion or scaling of the original video format.

SonicExpert Technology with SonicMode
• ViewSonic's SonicExpert technology incorporates a 10W ported speaker chamber to deliver a full 20 Hz to 20 kHz sound range. The SonicMode audio settings deliver augmented sound performance for presentations, video clips, and music.

PortAll for Discreet Wireless Streaming
• This projector includes ViewSonic's PortAll feature—a hidden compartment with an integrated MHL/HDMI port that lets you discreetly stream multimedia content from an optional wireless dongle, or lets you connect to other devices via an HDMI cable. Additionally, an integrated micro-USB cable lets you quickly and easily power micro-USB-enabled devices.

USB Charging Port
• The 5V / 2A USB and micro-USB ports deliver more charging power than a normal USB port, allowing you to charge mobile devices in less time. In addition, wireless HDMI dongles—such as the optional ViewSonic WPG-300—can be plugged into the projector's HDMI port while being powered by a USB cable plugged into the USB port.

Dual 3D Blu-ray Ready HDMI Inputs
• Both HDMI ports can display 3D images directly from 3D Blu-ray players, making it well suited for connecting to any HDMI-enabled device.

Mounting Flexibility
• A 1.3x optical zoom lens provides mounting flexibility with a wider throw distance range, while a 1.15 to 1.5 throw ratio projects large images from short distances in small rooms.

Designed for Easy Maintenance and Setup
• The cable management hood connects onto the back of the projector to hide cable clutter and exposed ports. An easy-access top lamp door enables simple lamp maintenance and replacement. The tactile keypad is raised with concave buttons that assist in making projector setup easier in dark environments.

Engineered for Balanced Color and Brightness
• A choice of five view settings provide an enhanced viewing experience in nearly any environment, regardless of ambient light.

Remote Control
• A programmable hotkey, called MyButton, can be configured to launch the most commonly used functions. You can control up to eight projectors in the same venue or from a mobile device via the free vRemote app.

ProjectorDistance App for Accurate Positioning
• Whether in a small meeting room, mid-sized classroom, or big hall, the ProjectorDistance app tells you how far the projector should be placed according to the room ceiling height, screen size, aspect ratio, and more. Just input several figures, and the result will be displayed in the simulation scenarios along with measurements, allowing you to adjust the distance instantly.
