Product description

The ViewSonic NMP-302w High-Definition Wireless Network Media Player delivers 1080p digital signage to connected displays via its HDMI output. This media player incorporates 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and an Ethernet port, giving users wireless and wired connectivity options; an external Wi-Fi antenna is included. The bundled Signage Manager software allows you to transfer your multimedia content to the NMP-302w from devices such as PCs. This media player can also handle popular dynamic web content such as HTML5.

The ViewSonic NMP-302w is equipped with an 8GB solid-state drive for storing your multimedia content. It also features two USB 2.0 ports and a microSD card slot that supports microSDHC cards up to 32GB. At just 4.2" wide and 1" high, the NWP-302w can be discretely mounted behind your digital signage display. This media player is suitable for environments such as hospitality, retail, and education.
    Bundled Signage Manager Software
  • The bundled Signage Manager software lets users transfer multimedia content onto the NMP-302w from PCs and laptops. This embedded content management tool also lets you format, schedule, and save playback settings.
    Watchdog Timer for Reliable Media Playback
  • Backup multimedia content can be pre-loaded and scheduled in the content configuration settings of the NMP-302w. If a power outage ever occurs that affects the playback of current content, a built-in watchdog timer will automatically reboot and play the pre-loaded content once power is restored. This ensures continuous messaging without user intervention.
    Support for Dynamic HTML5, W3C, SMIL-Format Content
  • This media player supports HTML5, W3C, and SMIL content retrieved from the Internet. This offers the flexibility to display content such as news, weather information, stock market trends, sports scores, social networking, or RSS feeds on multiple screens.
    Easy Loading via Wireless and RJ45 Ethernet
  • This media player integrates wireless 802.11 b/g/n network and RJ45 Ethernet connectivity, providing convenient and efficient content loading from a PC or laptop connection.
    8GB of Internal Storage
  • This media player can store and play hours of high-definition multimedia content thanks to 8GB of built-in, shock-resistant, solid-state memory. In addition, a handy PC-free USB playback feature enables photos, music, and 1080p video to be immediately displayed from a USB drive or micro SD card.
    Full HD 1080p and HDMI
  • This media player supports Full HD 1080p decoding and POPAI (Point of Purchase Advertising International) screen media format standards, including MPEG, H.264, and VC-1. Through the HDMI output, 1080p multimedia content can be displayed on large-format displays.
    USB Power for Minimal Energy Consumption
  • This utilizes efficient power supply technology and consumes only 6W of electricity. With a micro-USB power supply, the media player can be easily powered by the USB port located on many large format displays. Additionally, a universal AC power adapter is provided for conventional power supply.
    VESA Mountable
  • This media player features a 100 x 100mm VESA-mountable design that allows you to mount the media player depending on your specific needs. As an added convenience, a mounting bracket is included.
