Product description The Extensor SDI2HDMI: HD-SDI to HDMI Converter from Vitec Multimedia features two SDI inputs, an SDI loop-through, and an HDMI output with downscaling selections. Audio connections consist of unbalanced stereo and AES / EBU outputs.
One SDI input serves as a back-up when both inputs are connected to identical sources. If the live input fails or its source gets unplugged, the converter will automatically switch to the back-up. An integrated downscaler enables the HDMI output to output the converted signal at a lower resolution. Downscaling selections also include converting interlaced to progressive.
An OSD displays all status information, such as input signal detected and resolution, superimposed directly on the output signal. An embedded standardized colorbar pattern allows for equipment calibration. - 2 SDI Inputs & HDMI Output with Downscaling
