Product description The Vitec MGW Nano H.264 AVC SD Encoder is suitable for use in IPTV, FMV, and ISR applications. It features a rugged, fanless design with no moving parts for silent operation. Optimized for low-latency distribution of HD and SD video sources, the portable encoder disseminates IP video at broadcast-quality resolutions up to Full HD 1080p (@ 60 fps). It features one HD-SDI/SD-SDI, one HDMI, one SDI embedded audio, and HDMI embedded audio inputs. A built-in video matrix and scaler adjusts video input to any output resolution, data rate and frame rate. It allows a single video source to be routed to multiple compression cores for simultaneous encoding at up to five different resolutions and frame rates. In addition, it offers an optional on-the-fly HD source downscaling to SD. With the MIL-STD certification, the encoder is optimized for mission-critical ingestion and dissemination of Full Motion Video (FMV) with optional CoT and KLV metadata. - Single channel, compact encoder with HD-SDI, SD-SDI, and HDMI inputs
