Product description With radio TTL functions and compatibility with Nikon cameras featuring i-TTL, the DF-683 Radio Wireless TTL Power Zoom Flash from Vivitar provides users with a powerful wireless flash unit with a guide number of 177' at ISO 100 and 180mm. The DF-683 is also quite versatile with a zoom range from 18-180mm and the head can tilts from -7 to 90° and rotates 360°. The radio function also works in both a master or slave mode with the ability to transmit settings wirelessly.
Manual modes allow power to be set from 1/1 to 1/128 in 1/3 EV steps. Recycle times are quite fast form 0.3 to 3 seconds depending on power output and additional settings like 2nd curtain and high speed sync can be activated. Strobe, or multi-flash, is available as well for creative effects. The rear has an LCD for checking and adjusting settings and the DF-683 can run on 4 AA batteries or an optional power pack. Additionally, it includes a soft case and diffuser cap. - Optical slave triggering with multiple pre-flash settings
