Product description Use the Vixen Optics Dual Axis Body Unit with their Advanced Polaris mount to adjust the mount's altitude and azimuth for proper alignment and tracking of celestial objects. This unit features a center hole on the altitude axis that accepts the optional polar alignment scope to further increase alignment precision. Its friction control system allows you to manually move the unit up/down and left/right without clutches and a clamp lever allows it to be locked into place. For fine-tuning the latitude, there is a screw that moves the unit up or down about 1.9° per rotation, and twin knobs on the azimuth axis moves the unit about 1.4° per rotation.
