Product description The Dual Axis Controller from Vixen Optics attaches to one or two optional Vixen MT-1 motor drives to give the user control of direction and speed for general skywatching or astrophotography. It provides accuracy to the motors to within ±0.005% of the sidereal rate. With batteries, which are not included, it will run for approximately 20 hours.The controller provides 32x sidereal for general purpose movement, and 2x sidereal directional accuracy for astrophotography guidance. It communicates with the motors via two included cables (one per motor).This unit features an integrated port for the optional Vixen Auto Guider. The Auto Guider tracks and performs automatic telescope guiding to further assist in astrophotography. - Dual Axis Controller and optional motors compatible with Vixen GP Mounts, Great Polaris, Great Polaris D2 and Great Polaris Economy German Equatorial Mounts.
- Can be used with the optional Auto Guider for astrophotography.
- For use with one or two optional Vixen MT-1 motor drives.
- Optional 110 VAC adapter or 12VDC car adapter available.
