• Polarie Multi Mounting Block The Vixen Optics Polarie Multi Mounting Block replaces the stock camera mounting block that shipped with your tracking unit to allow the use of Vixen-style dovetail bars and plates to increase its usability. When used with the optional Dovetail Slide Bar, Counterweight and bar, and a photo head a counterweight system is created that effectively doubles the payload capacity to about 14 pounds. The design of the mounting block permits the permanent installation of the optional PFL Polar Scope to make it easier to align the Polarie tracker during set up.
• Polarie Dovetail Slide Bar DD Designed to properly balance heavy loads like large-format DSLR bodies with long telephoto lenses or OTAs on their Polarie tracking head, the Vixen Optics Polarie Dovetail Slide Bar DD fits onto their optional Multi Mounting Block saddle. Your gear fits on one end using your own camera head or the optional Quick Release Panorama Clamp, while the opposite side accepts the optional counterweight bar for proper balancing. To aid in precise balancing, the bar can be positioned anywhere in the saddle by simply loosening the dovetail clamps and sliding the bar as required. To conserve weight without sacrificing strength, the bar is made of a lightweight and strong aluminum alloy. Only the bar is offered here, all other accessories need to be obtained separately, including the primary Polarie tracking head, and all the optional gear attaches to the bar via 1/4"-20 mounts.
• PF-L Polarie Polar Scope Building on the success of the original iteration of their polar scope, Vixen Optics' PF-L Polarie Polar Scope is a simplified iteration to make polar alignment faster and easier. An illuminated star field reticle clearly shows the Northern hemisphere star pattern around the pole; and to polar align your scope, simply lineup the three stars on the reticle with the three corresponding stars in the sky. Vixen eliminated the hour angle and instead utilizes a companion Android or iOS smartphone app for a streamlined experience. Features such as red illumination to preserve night adjusted vision, eight selectable brightness levels, and auto-off after two minutes make this an essential accessory to your compatible Vixen equatorial mount.

• Polar Fine Adjustment Unit Purpose-built for the Polarie Star Tracker system, Vixen Optics' Polar Fine Adjustment Unit allows you to precisely align your Polarie for better tracking and sharper imaging. This unit mounts on any 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 tripod head, and the Polarie mounts onto the included 1/4"-20 quick release plate on top of it. With the unit in-place, you are able to make minute adjustments to the orientation of the Polarie's polar alignment, with one rotation of the thumb screws moving it 5.7 degrees and a total adjustment range of ±15 degrees. The Polar Fine Adjustment Unit has a payload capacity of 15.4 pounds, so it can easily handle the Polarie plus larger DSLR and lens systems.
• Polarie Quick Release Panorama Clamp When used with the Dovetail Slide Bar and Quick Release Angle Plate, the Vixen Polarie Quick Release Panorama Clamp completes a support system to quickly and easily mount a DSLR or smaller OTA onto the tracking head. The clamp attaches to the end of the slide bar via a 1/4"-20 mount and accepts the QR plate using a simple dovetail.
• Supplementary Counterweight Bar Use Vixen Optics' Supplementary Counterweight Bar to balance between a camera and their AP Photo Guider for more stable tracking. Your camera is attached on one side of the Dovetail Slide Bar PG, and this counterweight bar is attached on the other side to hold the optional counterweight.
• Advanced Polaris Alt-Az 3.6 lb Counterweight This Advanced Polaris Alt-Az 3.6 lb Counterweight from Vixen Optics is used to balance the mount and OTA which reduces stress on the mount and allows for easier movement while aligning, finding, or tracking an object. This counterweight is identical to the one that originally ships with the mount.
• Polarie Quick Release Angle Plate Designed to fit their Polarie Quick Release Panorama Clamp, the Vixen Optics Polarie Quick Release Angle Plate provides an easy and stable way to attach your camera or smaller OTA onto the tracking system counterbalance rig. Using this clamp-plate combination brings the camera body closer to the center of gravity while adding much more strength and stability versus conventional ball heads.The plate has a standard 1/4"-20 mount for cameras and other optics with a clearance of 0.4-3.5" (1-9cm) from the mount to the angle. Both parts of the plate, the long main side and shorter perpendicular piece, have a dovetail to enable the camera to be mounted vertically or horizontally as the situation or user's preference requires.
