It features an LED edge-lit LCD panel to provide enhanced brightness with a slim cabinet, and a 60 Hz effective refresh rate for smooth motion.
The D series has Chromecast built-in, allowing you to cast apps directly from your compatible smart device to the display over your Wi-Fi network; you can also download apps directly to the TV. Its two HDMI ports provide connections to digital HD devices such as Blu-ray players, cable/satellite boxes, gaming systems, and more. You can use your smartphone as a remote with the SmartCast Mobile app, or control the TV with your voice through your Google Assistant- or Amazon Alexa-enabled device. Note: Content acquired via certain apps may require subscription to a service.
