Product description Whether for home defense, range time, competition, or hunting feral hogs or coyotes, the Vortex 1-6x24 Strike Eagle Riflescope offers speed and versatility when engaging close- to medium-range targets. This scope is equipped with an illuminated AR-BDC reticle that subtends with popular .223/5.56mm cartridges, and features a 3.5" eye relief and a shock-resistant 30mm single-piece maintube. Fully multi-coated optics deliver optimal light transmission, while reducing glare and ghost images. The 1-6x24 Strike Eagle offers a 140 MOA windage and elevation range with a 1/2 MOA impact point correction. Located in the second focal plane, the etched-on-glass illuminated AR-BDC reticle will maintain the same size when you zoom. Subtensions for elevation, windage and range are accurate at peak magnification. The waterproof and fogproof housing features a single-piece aluminum maintube with a hard-anodized matte black finish. The eyepiece has a quick zoom ring that allows for fast target acquisition. The coarsely knurled zoom ring with a low-profile rib lever provides a fast one-finger adjustment, while windage and elevation turrets have caps and produce audible clicks. - Optical Performance
