Product description Engage targets from point-blank to medium range with the Vortex 1-8x24 Strike Eagle Riflescope, featuring an illuminated AR-BDC2 reticle that subtends with popular .223/5.56 cartridges, 3.5" eye relief, and a shock-resistant 30mm single-piece maintube. Fully multi-coated optics offer the highest light transmission, while reducing glare and ghost images when you're aiming at targets. The 1-8x24 Strike Eagle offers a 100 MOA windage and elevation range with a 1/2 MOA impact point correction.Located in the second focal plane, the etched-on-glass, illuminated AR-BDC2 reticle will maintain the same size when you zoom. Subtensions for elevation, windage, and range are accurate at peak magnification. The waterproof and fogproof housing features a single-piece aluminum maintube with a hard anodized matte black finish. The eyepiece has a quick zoom ring that allows for fast target acquisition. The coarsely knurled zoom ring with a low-profile rib lever provides a fast one-finger adjustment, while windage and elevation turrets have caps and produce audible clicks. - Optical Performance
