Product description Vortex is dedicated to the development and production of unique optics with features that allow you to see the world more clearly. Viper riflescopes offer a cornucopia of high-end features to enhance your next great outdoor adventure. These scopes are fitted with XD-glass objective lenses with XR multicoatings for a refined sight picture with brilliant contrast and edge-to-edge clarity. Repeatable accuracy is ensured by the Precision-Glide Erector System and the Precision-Force Spring System - your zero will be easy to attain, and it'll stay put under recoil. The importance of refinements such as the MAG-View Lever, pop-up turrets, and argon purging becomes readily apparent when you catch that first glimpse of a trophy buck way up high on a distant ridge. Your sight picture will be crystal clear, and rich with previously unseen details. Adjusting windage and elevation will seem effortless - you'll be on target at any distance in a flash. This Viper PA 6.5-20x50 offers high-magnification for long-range target acquisition, and a large 50mm objective for a brighter sight picture. It's configured with a 30mm main-tube, tall turrets with 1/4 MOA clicks and 68 MOA of travel, a Mil-Dot reticle, and a matte black finish. A mounting base and rings are used to attach a riflescope to a firearm. A comfortable sight picture is contingent upon the height of the rings. A comfortable cheek-weld is the result of properly positioning the scope over the receiver. Mounting the scope close to the receiver is preferable, yet scopes with larger objectives need higher rings so the front bell can clear the barrel. It should be noted that in many mounting applications, a professional gunsmith's skills will be needed for proper installation. - 30mm One-piece aluminum main tube

- The Mil-Dot reticle features four posts and fine cross hairs with dots. The dots can be used to gage distance to a target of a known size by employing the Mil-Dot distance-ranging system.
