Product description The Vortex Optics 6x20 Impact 850 Laser Rangefinder gives you the critical edge and confidence to take that long-range shot. The powerful eye safe IR laser can range out to 850 yards to reflective targets, or deer-sized targets up to 400 yards away. Integrated into the ranging system is an inclinometer that measures the relative angle between you and your target and displays an adjusted range distance for you to more accurately calculate your ballistic drop compensation (BDC) and improve your first-shot accuracy. For purists, a traditional line of sight option is available that provides the actual linear distance without compensating for the angle. With a ranging time of less than a second, your choice of spot or scan modes, the option of showing readings in yards or meters, an auto-off function, the Impact 850 rangefinder is fast and easy to use.The uncluttered non-illuminated display is easy to read without interfering with the view while a simple 2-button menu-driven interface makes navigating the system functions and options quick. A collar around the eyepiece brings the view into sharp focus, with a comfortable eye relief that won't cause eye strain. The compact form factor is ergonomically designed to be used one-handed, and with a weight of just 5.5 ounces it can be packed and carried all day without fatigue or excessive bulk. - Optical Performance
