Product description Run or charge most laptops, smartphones, tablets, GPS units and other devices in your vehicle or boat with the Smart AC 100W Power USB Inverter by Wagan Tech. Plugged into your car's DC outlet/cigarette lighter socket, the inverter converts your car battery's 12 VDC to 120 VAC, producing a steady 100W of power and peak surge power of 225W. The inverter includes 1 USB power port & 1 grounded three-prong AC outlet. Over-voltage, overload, short-circuit, low-voltage, and high temperature protections are built in; the unit will shut down before the power in your car battery is depleted. - Converts 12 VDC to 120 VAC to run and charge household electronics in your vehicle
