Product description The Universal 8-Bay Charger for AA, AAA, C, D and 9V NiMH and NiCd Batteries from Watson is a versatile unit capable of charging 2, 4, 6 or 8 AA or AAA batteries, or up to 4 C or D cells, in addition to 1-2 9V batteries. Any combination of batteries that will fit can be charged simultaneously, regardless of capacity differences. You can also charge a single additional AA battery placed in the top of one of the C or D slots.
There are 4 separate channels for AA, AAA, C and D cell batteries, and 2 channels for 9V. LED indicators are present to show charging status, flashing green and red to indicate that charging has begun, then switching to solid red and finally to green once charging is complete.
The approximate charging time is as follows: 2.2 hr for 850mAh AAA, 4.2 hr for 2500mAh AA, 3.5 hr for 3500mAh C, 5 hr for 5000mAh D, and 10 hr for 180mAh 9V batteries. A 100-240VAC power adapter is included, enabling use all over the world, and a 12VDC car adapter for on-the-go charging is also supplied. The AC adapter features a convenient fold-out plug for easy storage and travel. - Charges 2, 4, 6 or 8 AA or AAA batteries, or up to 4 C or D cells, in addition to 1-2 9V batteries. Any combination of batteries that will fit can be charged simultaneously, even if their capacities are different. As an added bonus, charge a single AA battery placed in the top of one of the C or D bays.

- Intelligent microprocessor and automatic shut-off circuit sense when batteries are fully charged and terminate charging in order to prevent overload.
- Short-circuit protection prevents overheating, fire or explosion.
- Delta voltage protection recognizes battery type and monitors voltage.
- Independent safety timer control for 9V batteries ensures safe, effective charging.
- A 100-240VAC power adapter with convenient fold-out plug is included, enabling use all over the world. Additionally, a 12VDC car adapter for on-the-go charging is supplied.
