Product description The AAX DSP FinalPlug Mastering Peak Limiter and Volume Maximizer Plug-In from Wave Arts is designed for sonically transparent operation in mastering applications. In addition to peak limiting and volume maximizing, the FinalPlug features bit-depth truncation from 4 to 24 bits and has integrated dithering for mixing down from higher bit-depths.
Its peak limiter has a look ahead of 1.5ms to help predict peaks and react accordingly. The FinalPlug includes presets for CD- and DVD-audio mastering applications, as well as track compression. The plug-in supports sample rates up to 192kHz and can be used on mono or stereo tracks. Note: The AAX DSP FinalPlug requires an iLok 2 key for operation. -
