Product description The Waves SoundGrid Server One has been tested and certified by Waves for use with the SoundGrid networking and audio processing platform. The Waves SoundGrid system was created for use in live sound, broadcast, and post production facilities to provide a low latency environment for Waves plugins on compatible DiGiCo and Yamaha consoles.
The SoundGrid Server One features four GB of RAM and an Intel DP55WB Media Series LGA 1156 motherboard. It is designed to provide the low latency audio processing within the SoundGrid system without taxing the CPU of your recording and playback computer.
It is capable of running up to 256 instances of Waves' SSL Channel Mono plugin, 244 instances of the H-Delay Mono plugin, 160 instances of TrueVerb Mono plugin, and 256 instances of the C4 Mono plugin at 48kHz. - Runs a customized Linux OS that is optimized for audio processing
