Product description This Kit includes two Western Digital 4TB Desktop Mainstream OEM HDD Retail Kits. Each included internal hard drive is designed to meet the needs of everyday office and web applications and comes tested to be compatible with a variety of setups and operating systems. Internally, the drive features No-Touch Ramp Load Technology to extend the life of the drive as the recording head never touches the recording surface. - 2 x WD 4TB Desktop Everyday SATA III 3.5" Hard Drive Store and access up to 4TB of your files in a desktop computer, NAS device, or RAID array using the 4TB Desktop Everyday SATA III 3.5" Hard Drive from WD. 4TB will allow you to store movies, photos, music, documents, and much more. Compatible with computers running Windows and Mac OS, this hard drive connects to your system's 3.5" bay via the SATA III 6 Gb/s interface.
In terms of speed, this drive operates using WD's IntelliPower rotational speed. This means that rpm speed of the drive depends on the operations being performed. If the drive is performing mostly sequential reads and writes, its speed will be increased as compared to if it were performing mostly random mode operations.
