Product description The MPM1 from Whirlwind/U.S. Audio is a high-quality rack mount music and paging mixer that's great for small offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and more. The slim, 1RU unit has three sets of stereo RCA inputs for connecting CD players, cassette decks, or similar audio devices. An XLR connector and pair of 1/4" inputs are also provided for connecting a microphone for paging. The system has automatic ducking, so as soon as a mic signal is detected, the volume level of all other audio sources is lowered to give the microphone top priority.
XLR and RCA jacks are provided for signal output to an amplifier. A remote control jack is also available so you can connect the included MPM1RV wall remote. Front-panel controls include input selector switches, master and individual volume control knobs, mic and line volume control knobs, and four tone control knobs. A stereo/mono output selector switch is provided, along with a ground-lift switch, which may help reduce hum caused by ground loops. - Slim, 1RU housing with removable rack ears

- RCA and XLR outputs can be selected to send out a mono or stereo signal
- A remote connector is supplied to connect the included wall remote
- A full host of front-panel controls include master and individual volume controls, input selector switches, and system tone controls
- A ground-lift switch helps to reduce hum caused by ground loops
