Product description Each individual Wine Country Camera 100 x 150mm Filter Vault in this 4-pack is designed to encase the edges of a separately-available, 100 x 150mm, 2mm-thick filter for use within a Wine Country Camera 100mm Filter Holder.
A nylon pouch is included that can accommodate up to four Wine Country Camera 100 x 150mm Filter Vaults, two separately-available 100 x 100mm filter vaults, plus a separately-available Wine Country Camera circular polarizer filter and Wine Country Camera filter holder adapter ring. Alternatively, the pouch can hold up to six Wine Country Camera 100 x 100mm Filter Vaults, plus a separately-available Wine Country Camera circular polarizer filter and Wine Country Camera filter holder adapter ring. - Wine Country Camera 100 x 150mm Filter Vault The Wine Country Camera 100 x 150mm Filter Vault is designed to encase the edges of a separately-available, 100 x 150mm, 2mm-thick filter for use within a Wine Country Camera 100mm Filter Holder. By encasing the sides of an installed filter, this filter vault helps to limit stray light, which could have unwanted effects on exposure, from coming in between an installed filter, as well as the filter holder and the lens behind it. Additionally, the Wine Country Camera 100 x 150mm Filter Vault reinforces an installed filter's rigidity while preventing its sides from having to come into direct contact with a filter holder's slots. This protects those side surfaces and promotes sharp results by ensuring that the filter remains flat.
Installation of a compatible filter is accomplished by first turning the Wine Country Camera 100 x 150mm Filter Vault's brass, Wine Coin lock into the open position. Located along the front of the filter vault's inner and outer top edges, the Wine Coin is a flat, disk cam lock that features a straight edge on one side and a rounded edge at the other. When the lock's straight edge is aligned with the filter vault's inner edge, a 100 x 150mm, 2mm-thick filter can be set within the front of the filter vault. The Wine Coin can then be turned so that its rounded edge obstructs the installed filter, securing it within the filter vault.
A separately-available Wine Country Camera 100mm Filter Holder includes two outer slots that can each accommodate this 100 x 150mm filter vault. The sides of the filter holder also feature quick-release buttons that are each dedicated to one of those slots. When pressed, they allow a Wine Country Camera 100 x 150mm Filter Vault within a Wine Country Camera 100mm Filter Holder's corresponding slot to be adjusted upward or downwards relative to the subject. When used with either of a Wine Country Camera 100mm Filter Holder's two outer slots, an integrated safety-catch system prevents this 100 x 150mm filter vault from accidentally sliding out of the filter holder. -
