Product description This Gold Mount Plate from Wooden Camera connects a Gold Mount battery to your Sony a7, a7R, a7S, a7R II, a7S II, or other Alpha camera. The Gold Mount battery's power is greater than the camera's standard battery, providing a longer runtime. The plate connects to the camera via a dummy battery, attached to an integrated 16" cable. A built-in regulator ensures that the correct voltage is delivered to the camera. The plate also features two D-Tap ports that provide 12V-16V of power for accessories.
The Gold Mount Plate may to be mounted on your rig using a Wooden Camera's Battery Slide mounting adapter (sold separately). It can also be mounted like any standard Gold Mount plate. Compatible Cameras - Sony a7, a7R, a7S, a7R II, a7S II, or other Alpha camera
