• Unified DSLR Cage with Wood Grip (Large) Build up your DSLR camera for professional video and cinema production with Wooden Camera's large Unified DSLR Cage with Wood Grip. The cage itself surrounds your camera on three sides, adding a measure of protection to larger DSLR cameras like Canon's 1D series or Nikon's D3, D4, and D5 bodies. The Unified Cage also fits smaller DSLR or mirrorless cameras with an installed battery grip.Both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes line the top and sides of the cage for securing accessories such as articulating arms. The top of the cage leaves the space above the camera's accessory shoe unobstructed for mounting audio accessories such as XLR adapters. A height-adjustable, dual-rod clamp enables you to mount 15mm rods for supporting accessories like matte boxes and follow focus units.An HDMI cable clamp on the cage's vertical post protects the camera's HDMI port from cable snags. The kit also includes all necessary mounting screws and an articulating wood-grip top handle.

  Reversible Top Handle
  • The reversible top handle has a wood grip which provides additional ways to comfortably handhold your camera. A cold shoe at the top can be used to mount a microphone, monitor, or other camera-top accessory. The handle folds for travel and can be alternately secured onto the left vertical rod for a secondary grip.
  15mm LWS Rod Support
  • 15mm LWS rods can be secured using the integrated rod clamp. The rod height is adjustable to ensure correct optical axis placement for matte boxes and follow focuses.

• Unified DSLR 15mm Baseplate Expand the capabilities of your Wooden Camera Unified DSLR Cage with the Unified DSLR 15mm Baseplate. The baseplate itself holds 15mm rods at the correct placement to comply with the lightweight support (LWS) standard. Four height-adjustable posts secure to the base of the small or medium variations of the Unified DSLR Cage to ensure the correct optical axis height (the large variation of the cage has its own built-in rod clamp). The bottom of the baseplate has a dovetail clamp quick release enabling convenient tripod mounting. The dovetail clamp complies with the ARRI dovetail standard and can be easily secured to all dovetail plates of that standard, as well as Wooden Camera's own dovetails and shoulder rigs. Having multiple quick release options in a single system enables you to remove the entire rig from the tripod to go handheld, or just the camera from the rig for a minimalist setup. UPC: 606184853601
• 15mm Support Rod (6") This is a single, 6" long 15mm Support Rod from Wooden Camera for mounting accessories. It is chamfered at each end to ease sliding accessories on and off, and has a hollow interior providing for maximum strength. UPC: 610079106109
• Safety Dovetail Plate (8") The 8" Safety Dovetail Plate from Wooden Camera is an ARRI standard dovetail with a stopper screw on one end and a safety latch on the other to prevent accidental camera detachment. It features threaded 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 holes for accessory mounting and tripod attachment. The dovetail can be attached to a shoulder pad for custom handheld configurations. UPC: 610079106338
• Ultra Arm Monitor Mount (1/4"-20 to 1/4"-20, 3" Extension) This 1/4"-20 to 1/4"-20 Ultra Arm Monitor Mount from Wooden Camera features a 3" extension connecting two double ball-joint clamps. A lever in the center of each clamp locks the joints on it, and the mounting points on the ends of the arm attach to your gear easily at the turn of integrated tightening knobs. Both ends feature rubber pads for more secure support.
  
  The Ultra Arm system is interchangeable. Wooden Camera offers a variety of optional end-points that install into the ball sockets of the arm. These include NATO clamps, NATO rails, shoe mounts, super clamps, and even a Preston mounting bracket. Additionally, the system is compatible with many 3rd-party 25mm ball mount systems.
