Product description Designed for use with high-performance cameras and camcorders, the CFast 2.0 USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C Card Reader from Xcellon is a single-slot reader that supports CFast 2.0, 1.1, and 1.0 memory cards. Compatible with 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows 7 and later, plus Mac OS X 10.6 and later, this card reader connects to your host system using its USB Type-C port, and users will be able to achieve read speeds up to 550 MB/s, thanks to its USB 3.1 Gen 2 bus, which enables the quick transfers to raw images and Full HD video files and allows users to maintain their workflow without the interruptions usually caused by slow data transfers.
Xcellon's CFast 2.0 Card Reader features an LED indicator to indicate usage and activity, as well as plug-and-play compatibility, meaning that no additional software or drivers are required for use. Included is a USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C to Type-C cable, as well as a USB 3.1 Gen 2Type-C to Type-A cable for legacy systems. Protection is provided by a limited 1-year warranty.
