Product description This Xerox 3-Year Advanced Exchange Warranty provides 3 years of coverage and has additional warranty features for your DocuMate 3125 document scanner. The biggest addition is that a replacement scanner will be shipped overnight on the day you report issues with your device, as long as the call is placed before noon local time. Then, the user has 10 days to return the defective unit with a provided pre-paid shipping label.
Additional support includes priority phone support in addition to the standard coverage of 24/7 web support via the Online Knowledge Base and toll-free phone support. This warranty can be renewed after 1 year and must be purchased within 90 days of scanner purchase. Table of Contents
