Product description Designed for efficient high-volume scanning, the DocuMate 4440 from Xerox is a duplex ADF scanner with a spacious input tray that can hold up to 50 sheets at a time. It produces PDF, JPEG, and TIFF files at optical resolutions of up to 600 dpi, accepting documents as large as 8.5 x 118" down to 2.75 x 2". With impressive scan speeds, the unit digitizes A4 documents as quickly as 40 ppm at 200 dpi and 30 ppm at 300 dpi, connecting to the computer via USB 2.0 for transferring data. The DocuMate 4440 uses dual white LED lamps for illuminating media and offers an external color depth of 24-bit to help ensure high image quality. Thanks to Visioneer Acuity image enhancement software, you can improve the clarity of your image and automatically crop it and straighten it at the touch of a button. Additional editing can be done with other bundled software, all of which is included with the product on a DVD. Additionally, this unit has a rated duty cycle of 5000 pages per day. - Features
