Product description Upgrade your current 5.1 home theater to a 7.1-channel surround sound system by adding a pair of Yamaha NS-6490 3-Way Bookshelf Speakers. The NS-6490 speakers were designed for both professional and home entertainment enthusiasts with the capability to deliver a full, clear, and tight sound response. The 3-way speakers deliver rich, room-filling, high-fidelity sound by utilizing an 8" high-output woofer, a 4" midrange driver, and a 7/8" balanced dome tweeter. The speakers can play between 45 Hz and 23 kHz, and are recommended for up to 70W of nominal input power. - 8" high-compliance, silver metal-like, long-throw cone woofer with cloth surround and inverted cover
- 4" ferro-fluid cooled, silver metal-like cone midrange driver with inverted dust cover
- 0.88" ferro-fluid cooled balanced dome tweeter
- May safely be placed near a video monitor
- Spring-clip terminals for speaker wire connections
