Product description Enjoy music from a variety of sources with the Yamaha R-N303 Stereo Network Receiver. This 2-channel receiver produces up to 100W of RMS power per channel at 8 Ohms and is equipped with A and B speaker terminals. Built-in AirPlay and Bluetooth allow you to wirelessly stream music from compatible audio sources such as computers, smartphones, and tablets. On-board Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity gives you the ability to stream music from Internet radio sources and use DLNA technology to share content with compatible networked devices. Furthermore, the free MusicCast app allows you to control the receiver from your favorite smart device.
In addition to the receiver's aforementioned wireless connectivity, the R-N303 has a coaxial, optical, three stereo RCA, and a phono input for connecting different types of audio sources. Its 1/4" headphone output enables private listening when connecting headphones. This receiver's integrated AM and FM tuners allow you to enjoy free over-the-air content. Note: Access to certain Internet-based content may require a subscription to a service. - High-Power Amp
- The R-N303 utilizes a high-power amp featuring a single push-pull and discrete configuration, delivering a maximum output of 140W per channel at 8 Ohms. Its low-impedance design helps maximize the lengths of the audio signal paths, while placing the power supply unit near the amp unit to help reduce energy loss, for enhanced sound reproduction with most speakers.
- Low-Noise Circuitry Design
- The R-N303 features circuitry designed to prioritize sound quality by dividing the analog and digital sections into separate blocks for low noise and an augmented S/N ratio.
- Engineered for High Resolution
- The R-N303 is compatible with high-resolution sound sources, such as DSD 5.6 MHz native and AIFF, WAV, FLAC 192 kHz/24-bit, as well as Apple Lossless 96 kHz/24-bit files. It uses a Burr-Brown 192 kHz/24-bit DAC to deliver enhanced S/N performance.
- Low-Jitter Network Module
- The network module contains a clock designed for high-precision, low-jitter performance to help improve the reproduction of high-resolution sound sources. Pure audio clock generation without an added jitter from the clock generator helps lower the creation of jitter noise when playing network and Bluetooth sources for further S/N enhancement.
- Enjoy All Your Music Sources
- The R-N303 lets you enjoy music from CD players and turntables, and it can play music you have stored on your computer or NAS (network-attached storage). You can also play music wirelessly from smartphones or tablets using Bluetooth or AirPlay, as well as a variety of music from streaming services and AM/FM radio.
- MusicCast Expands Entertainment Possibilities
- MusicCast can stream digital music content from your smartphone, PC, or NAS to other MusicCast devices in your home using your existing network. It can also share the music from external devices such as a CD player or TV connected to the R-N303. Audio content from Bluetooth-connected smartphones or tablets can also be streamed to MusicCast devices in multiple rooms.
- Digital Audio Input for TV or Blu-ray Players
- The R-N303 is equipped for digital audio with both optical and coaxial inputs. The optical is for receiving audio from a display, and the coaxial is for receiving audio from a Blu-ray player. The audio stays in the digital domain, helping to provide pure dynamic sound for all your entertainment sources.
- Fingertip Control
- Tap, swipe, and control your music with the free MusicCast app, which can also control other optional MusicCast devices.
- Vinyl-Ready
- Enjoy playback of your vinyl records by plugging your turntable into the phono input of the R-N303.
- Additional Features
-
- Equipped with four power transistors (two each, left/right)
- Compatible with popular music streaming services, including Spotify, TIDAL, and Deezer
- Gapless playback compatibility
