Product description Dedicated to select Canon EF-mount lenses, the Extender EF 1.4x III Teleconverter from Yongnuo allows you to increase the effective focal length of lenses for greater reach. The electronic design of the teleconverter permits communication between compatible lenses and camera bodies in order to support autofocus and auto-exposure, and the optical design is comprised of seven elements in three groups in order to maintain image quality. - Compatibility

- Canon EF 135mm f/2L USM, EF 180mm f/3.5L Macro USM (AF supported from 2.6' / 80 cm to infinity), EF 200mm f/2L IS USM, EF 200mm f/2.8L II USM, EF 300mm f/2.8L IS II USM, EF 300mm f/2.8L IS USM, EF 300mm f/4L IS USM, EF 400mm f/2.8L IS II USM, EF 400mm f/2.8L IS USM, EF 400mm f/4 DO IS II USM, EF 400mm f/4 DO IS USM, EF 500mm f/4L IS II USM, EF 500mm f/4L IS USM, EF 600mm f/4L IS II USM, EF 600mm f/4L IS USM, EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM, EF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM, EF 70-200mm f/4L USM, and EF 200-400mm f/4L IS USM Extender 1.4x (without 1.4x extender in use)
The following lenses are supported only when used in conjunction with a Canon EOS-1D X, 1Ds Mark III, 1Ds Mark II, 1Ds, 1D Mark IV, 1D Mark III, 1D Mark II N, 1D Mark II, 1D, 1V/HS, 5D Mark III, or 7D Mark II camera, and the only the central AF point will be available:
- Canon EF 400mm f/5.6L USM, EF 800mm f/5.6L IS USM, EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM, EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM, and EF 200-400mm f/4L IS USM Extender 1.4x (with 1.4x extender in use)
