Product description The Rod Support Base from Zacuto adds 15mm lightweight rod support to the GH5 or Sony a7RIII/a7III/a9 cage for mounting matte boxes and other rod-mounted accessories. The base of the cage easily slides into the rod support and locks securely into place. The included 8" 15mm rods can slide through the support base for length adjustability. This rod support base can be mounted on a tripod via 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting holes. It also features a dovetail mount for sliding into the Zacuto VCT Pro baseplate (available separately) for added flexibility.
