Product description The Zacuto Z-Finder V2 is specifically made for use with Sony FS7 and FS7 II cameras. This flip-up Z-Finder loupe securely mounts on your camera's LCD screen and prevents ambient light from interfering with your view of the monitor. It forms a sturdy connection to the LCD, which gives you an additional point of stability when hand-holding the camera. The Z-Finder's design permits quickly flipping the loupe up and out of the way to 140° so you can use the LCD without removing the Z-Finder from the camera.
The Z-Finder is made with a 40mm optical lens and magnifies your screen by 2x. The built-in, adjustable antifog-coated diopter and included extender frames accommodate operators that need a diopter setting of -4 to 0. Optional drop-in antifog diopters of -1, +1, +2, +3, and +4 are available from Zacuto and extend the range of correction. Since the lens magnifies any light that enters it also magnifies sunlight, so use the included drop-in sun mask to protect your LCD, and flip the built-in lens cap closed to protect your Z-Finder from sun damage when not in use. - The Z-Finder is designed specifically for the Sony FS7 and FS7 II and will not work with any other camera.
- The loupe mounts on your camera's LCD and can be used as a finder, or it can easily flip it up to 140° out of the way of the LCD.
- The loupe has a 2x magnification and diopter adjustment. Combined with the included extender frames it supports operators that use a diopter correction of -4 to 0.
- Optional drop-in anti-fog diopters with corrections of -1, +1, +2, +3, and +4 are available separately from Zacuto.
- The built-in lens cap and drop-in sun mask should be used when shooting exteriors to help prevent damage from the sun.
