Product description The ZeeVee HDBridge 2640 4-Ch 1080p Encoder & Modulator converts four Component or VGA sources into cable channels and broadcasts them over existing coax cabling to an unlimited number of tuner-equipped displays.
The 2640 features four full-sized DIN inputs and includes four 3 ft DIN to multi-RCA breakout cables that enable connecting Component video, Composite closed captions, and digital and analog audio. Optional ZeeVee DIN to VGA cables are required for connecting VGA sources. Component and VGA inputs are ideal for connecting satellite receivers and digital signage players.
Video is encoded into MPEG-2 and audio into AC-3. VGA input supports a wide range of resolutions from 640 x 480p/i to 1920 x 1080p/i, and Component input supports 1080p/i30, 720p60, and 480p/i. 1RU rack ears are integrated. Linking up to built-in tuners eliminates the need for matrix switches or receivers. Output to an unlimited number of displays is possible by using optional splitters. - Key Features
