Product description Designed to support video streaming, online gaming, and more, the GS-105S v2 5-Port Desktop Gigabit Ethernet Media Switch from Zyxel features five Gigabit Ethernet ports for ultra fast network connectivity. Setup is simple thanks to the plug-and-play design making it easy to plug devices such as VoIP phones, media players, game consoles, and more directly to your network. Once configured, the GS-105S Media Switch supports adjustable power usage which adjusts the power consumption to match the number of connected network devices as well as the cable length. This switch also comes equipped with built-in LED indicators depicting the link and activity status of each port. - Plug-and-Play
- With the plug-and-play features, you can connect the Zyxel GS-105S v2 to VoIP, media players, game consoles, TV set-top box or Web browsing devices to your home network without any configuration effort.

- Adjust Power Usage
- The GS-105S v2 automatically detects power consumption according to the number of active connected network devices and cable length. With fewer active connected network devices or shorter Ethernet cable length, the switches will consume less power accordingly.
- Bi-Color LED Indicators for Ethernet Port Status
- The Zyxel GS-105S v2 features auto-sensing function and front Gigabit Ethernet ports with easy-to-understand LED indicators, which allows users to quickly check link and activity status at a glance.
- Detect Cable Length
- The GS-105S v2 can detect the length of connected Ethernet cables and adjust power usage accordingly. The shorter the Ethernet cable length is, the less power it consumes.
