Product description The GS108B 8-Port Desktop Gigabit Ethernet Switch from ZyXEL is a compact Gigabit network expansion switch. Gigabit Ethernet boosts speed up to 10 times faster than Fast Ethernet. With the non-blocking switching fabric in full-duplex mode, the maximum speeds can reach up to 2000 Mb/s per port. It connects network counterparts with the highest possible network speed and activates duplex mode automatically. This switch automatically adjusts power consumption by detecting the number of active, connected networks and the cable length. With loop detection support for stable network connections, the switch is compliant with the IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet standard that provides power-saving benefits without compromising performance. - Gigabit Ethernet
