Product description Built for reliable, long-term 3D printing in office and industrial environments, the Bolt Pro 3D Printer from Leapfrog features Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) printing technology; a build volume of 13 x 12.6 x 8.1" with one extruder or 11.8 x 12.6 x 8.1" with dual extruders; a layer resolution of 50 to 350 microns; a print speed of 100mm/s; and the ability to utilize 1.75mm PLA, ABS, HIPS, Flex, Nylon, Hybrid, Woodfill, PVA, Carbon, and other compatible filaments, such as Leapfrog Maxx Essentials and Maxx Pro. It is equipped with a closed print chamber, a heated glass print bed with semi-automatic Z-axis leveling, and a 7" color LCD touchscreen. Users may print their compatible .gcode files via wired USB, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi connectivity using the included Simplify3D software. Also included is bed adhesion material (3DLac or stickers) and a Leapfrog USB key. General Features - Independent Dual Extruder 3D Printer
- The Bolt Pro 3D printer is equipped with direct-drive independent dual extruders. This means that both extruders can move independently from each other for clean dual prints. The nozzles also have the benefit of working in sync or mirror mode, which lets the Bolt Pro automatically create a copy of the selected print using both extruders at the same time. This helps boost production speed by up to 200%. In addition, the nozzles are swappable, which means they can be changed out for different types, such as those that can tolerate temperatures up to 680°F for high-performance filaments.
- Large Industrial Swappable 3D Printer Bed
- The Bolt Pro's large build volume can use an industrial glass print bed for higher print quality or an optional composite print bed for enhanced heat distribution and an increased life span. Each print bed can be swapped for another print bed for a continuous printing workflow. This means that as soon as the Bolt Pro has finished your prints, it can continue directly with its next print job.
- Intelligent User Interface
- The Bolt Pro is user friendly. It can be operated using the 7" color LCD touchscreen or your preferred personal device using Wi-Fi. Most devices with network connectivity and a browser can log onto the Bolt Pro and will grant you control as well as visibility through the built-in webcam.
When the Bolt Pro is online, it can automatically check for new firmware and software updates and install these for you. Frequent updates are available due to the development of new features, like the auto-shutdown feature to reduce power consumption, or the addition of new languages for the user interface. - Responsive User Interface
- The Leapfrog User Interface also communicates with you, to enhance your 3D printer experience. The enclosed build volume's lighting changes color to indicate whether it's idle, heating, or active. The 7" color touchscreen can introduce you to the necessary functions it provides, and multiple maintenance guides are available to keep the Bolt Pro in working condition.
- Built for Industrial 3D Printing
- High-grade aluminum underlies the Bolt Pro's signature design, and every functional component is made out of steel for a long life span of intensive use. It also has linear guides where the original Bolt had solid rods to guide the independent dual extruders in the Y direction. This provides higher precision and an increase in reliability; it also reduces operational noise.
- Suitable for Office and Factory Floors
- The large enclosed build volume is equipped with a HEPA carbon filter. This means that any negative fumes that might be produced while printing are reduced by 99.9%. Working with multiple persons on one machine also is more controlled with the use of different user logins with different privileges. Additionally, the on-board storage can be integrated with One Drive and Dropbox for a smoother workflow between different users or departments.
