Product description Use the Steadimate Adapter for Motorized Gimbal to attach a motorized gimbal to a Steadicam arm and vest. The Steadicam arm and vest combo (not included) transfer the weight of the gimbal and camera rig away from the user's arm and onto his/her core, allowing for both smoother, longer shots and for less operator fatigue over the course of the day. The Steadimate Adapter's pivot point stabilizes the gimbal while it is tilting, and the arm's Z-axis stabilization smooths out the up-and-down motion inherent in walking/running moves. The Steadimate Adapter for Motorized Gimbal includes a post block and balance pin to fit arms with 1/2" posts; adapters for 5/8" and 3/4" posts are available separately. This adapter replaces one of the gimbal's handles, enabling quick changes between handheld and Steadimate modes. The adapter includes 25, 25.5, and 30mm handlebar sleeves.
