Product description The TEW-738APBO 10 dBi Outdoor PoE Access Point from Trendnet provides data transfer speeds of up to 300 Mbps for building-to-building connectivity for clear line-of-sight distances of up to 5 mi (8 km). You can use it in a variety of installation scenarios as it supports Access Point (AP), Wireless Distribution System (WDS), Repeater, and CPE + AP modes. The TEW-738APBO has a rugged aluminum IP67-rated housing and is not only designed to be used as a traditional outdoor AP, but can also be used for WISP applications. Wall and pole mounting hardware are included so you can set it up to your networking requirements. Performance - Multi-Mode Support: Supports Access Point (AP), Wireless Distribution System (WDS), WDS + AP, Repeater, and CPE + AP modes
- Wireless N300: Compliant with 802.11n/g/b technology (2.4 GHz) with data rates up to 300 Mb/s
- Built in 10 dBi directional antenna
- Distance Rating: When networked to the same unit, this unit is rated for connecting over clear line-of-sight distances of up to 5 mi (8 km)
- Comes with a proprietary PoE injector, so that it can connect a regular non-PoE switch
- Real time logs and statistics help troubleshooting
