Product description Drawing on their illustrious tradition of impeccable optical craftsmanship, engineering excellence, and precision manufacturing, ZEISS delivered the 1.8-14x50 Victory V8 Riflescope to empower you with brilliant optical performance, uncompromising precision, and lasting durability. At the core of this riflescope is an expertly-designed optical system that features High Transmission (HT) Schott glass Fluoride lenses (FL) to provide sharp, high contrast images which also deliver superior detail, low absorption of light, and minimal chromatic aberrations. Enhancing optical performance and bringing total throughput to 92%, the optical elements are fully multi-coated with high quality ZEISS T* coatings. To protect the lenses from moisture and to ensure clear views, the optical surfaces are enhanced with LotuTec hydrophobic coatings, which allow droplets to slide down without sticking to surfaces and dirt to be wiped off without a trace. With the wide 50mm objective, this riflescope delivers bright, crisp, and clearly visible images, and can become a reliable partner for making that perfect shot-even in the most challenging lighting conditions.
Another central highlight of this scope is the Reticle 60. Inspired by German #4 outlines but possessing ultra-fine features, it casts minimal subtension and offers three thin posts, a fine crosshair, and an illuminated ultra-fine yet well-defined brilliantly red center dot. The dot's glow can be adjusted to accommodate your preferences and lighting conditions. Thanks to the side focus parallax compensator, the reticle could be used parallax-free from 55 yd to infinity.
To ensure lasting durability for years of service, the housing is made from a high quality aluminum alloy. It features a 36mm maintube and offers a water and fogproof performance. The scope is also enhanced with a built-in rail for optional Blaser Saddle Mounts or compatible devices, like the ZEISS Victory Rail Mount 490618 for Weaver rails. The rail provides for a solid mounting option that eliminates the need for re-zeroing your riflescope every time you take it off and put it on. Among other highlights are finger-adjustable turrets, knurled and easy to operate in gloves knobs and rings, a rubberized illumination wheel, and a fast precise ASV/BDS LongRange bullet drop compensator. The magnification ring also features a low-profile lever, just in case you need to bump up that zoom factor instantly. - Illuminated Reticle 60
